FINC was appointed to deliver a Garden Village-style residential development south of Limebrook Way, comprising 647 homes. We produced 5 Reserved Matters Applications for 647 homes across five years, along with a planning pack for a new sports pavilion. Our team also provided the technical packs for each approved application.

All five applications were successfully approved, with the scheme delivered across four phases. Phases 1 and 2 are now complete and occupied, while Phases 3 and 4 are currently under construction, realising a long-term vision for a cohesive, high-quality community.
