FINC was appointed by Vistry Kent to deliver a masterplan and reserved matters application for two key phases of Peters Village — part of an 81-hectare regeneration scheme along the River Medway. The site, previously used for chalk extraction and cement works, presented multiple design and environmental challenges, including proximity to a designated SSSI.

We prepared a full planning package for 162 homes, addressing the site’s complex constraints while contributing to a cohesive and characterful riverside neighbourhood. The development is now complete, playing a key role in the wider transformation of this brownfield site into a thriving, sustainable community.
