Bellway Essex engaged FINC to revise the layout of an approved 94-home scheme in Silver End, a village known for its conservation area and connection to the historic Crittall Windows Factory. The aim was to adapt Bellway’s standard house types to better align with the local character.

FINC delivered a refined masterplan through integrated architecture, urban design, and graphics services, ensuring the development responds sensitively to its heritage context while maintaining planning compliance and design cohesion.
