Project details

FINC was appointed to design a new sports pavilion for the Limebrook Park Garden Village in Maldon, supporting the recreational needs of a growing community. Initially engaged by Taylor Wimpey to submit the planning application, the project advanced with a full technical construction package commissioned by Bakers of Danbury. The brief focused on creating a durable, functional facility with long-term value for residents.

The pavilion has now been completed and is in active use, providing high-quality leisure infrastructure for the area. FINC’s involvement—from planning through to technical delivery—ensured a well-executed, purpose-built facility that aligns with the vision for the wider Garden Village.
