Commissioned by Bovis Homes South East, FINC delivered a full reserved matters application for 140 new homes in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex. The site, set within a rural context and with outline permission in place, required a detailed layout that respected its surroundings while enhancing connectivity to the village and public rights of way.

Working collaboratively with the client and local authority, we created a design centred on a tree-lined avenue and strong green infrastructure. The scheme received planning approval and is now complete, offering a well-integrated development that balances housing delivery with landscape and local character.
