Completion of Limebrook Park Sports Pavilion

FINC Architects are delighted to announce that our designs of Limebrook Park Sports Pavilion have been completed and handed over to Maldon Saints Football Club.

Planning approval for the pavilion was granted in 2019 as part of our phase 2 proposals for the mixed-use development in Maldon.

Following planning approval, we were novated to a D&B contract, working closely with Bakers of Danbury, Taylor Wimpey and Maldon Saints FC committee to bring this fantastic key community building to life.

Bakers commenced construction in late September 2023, with our technical team coordinating the design information.  The project was completed to a fantastic standard prior to handover in August of this year.

The completed building boasts modern, high-quality and sustainable features that will greatly serve Maldon Saints FC and the wider community. This sports facility provides changing rooms, showers, unisex toilets, male and female match day officiating rooms, a kitchen, offices and a large function hall which will be used by the residential community of the development.

FINC liaised with Sport England to ensure that the space standards complied with the latest guidance policy documents, as well as Part M building regulations.
