Sports Pavilion at Limebrook Park (EAST), Maldon

As part of the Limebrook Park (East) development in Maldon, we were appointed to provide a Sports Pavilion to be positioned on the southern parcel of the site. This Sports Facility provides changing rooms, showers, unisex toilets, male and female match day officiating rooms, a physio treatment room, offices and a large function hall which will be used by the residential community of the development. FINC liased with Sport England to ensure that the space standards complied with the latest guidance policy documents.
