Farewell Adam

It is with sadness that we say goodbye to our Architect Adam Leatherbarrow after 6 and half years, as he goes on to pastures new within the industry.

Adam joined FINC from a London practice back in February 2018. We had only been in our current premises for a couple of weeks and Adam quickly found himself at home! He brought a great work ethic with him and his ability to understand the building process along with his attention to detail, enabled him to get fully stuck in to the workloads ahead. Adam had worked on many projects over the years in delivering planning applications across the country - which included one off new extensive refurbishments in high end residential locations to a thousand home scheme in Essex.

Not only did Adam work on master planning schemes, he also got heavily involved in organising charity events raising over £5,000, take control of the social media and marketing aspects of the company, networking with valued clients whilst establishing new working relationships and also be part of team to expand the office to enable the company to double capacity.

Adam has been an influential member of the FINC family and his efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. What you see is what you get with him and he definitely wore his heart on sleeve when showing his passion and commitment with anything involving the company – and we wouldn’t of wanted it any other way. We’ve seen Adam grow into an Architect and then into a father and we’re thankful to have been highly regarded in his thoughts. Adam’s personality will be missed in the office but we have no doubt he will remain in touch.

We all wish him the very best in his new role!

Thank you!
