PLANNING APPROVAL – Heybridge, Essex

We are delighted that our planning application for 246 homes (inc 74 affordable homes) on Phase 4 of the North Heybridge Garden Village for Crest Nicholson Eastern has been approved by Maldon District Council.

The site comprised of 3 awkwardly shaped parcels in need of some layout wizardry to ensure compliance with a restrictive design code, whilst creating a strong sense of place and acting as a gateway for the wider development.

Our extensive experience working with the team at Maldon DC certainly helped with this challenging site.

The proposals deliver much needed quality homes to the area, including 74 affordable homes and open space. We are very much looking forward to seeing this project delivered.
