PLANNING APPROVAL

Our proposals for 162 homes on Parcels 3A&3B at Peter’s Village, in Maidstone for Vistry Homes (Kent) have been approved by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council.

The application is FINC’s third consent on this landmark development, following previous successes at Phase 2A, 2B and 1F.

Parcel 3A&3B occupies the highest ground on the site, with long views over the development and the River Medway beyond.  The site offers 44 much needed affordable homes and range of houses sizes to suit local needs.
