Planning Approval in Maldon, Essex

Our proposals at Limebrook Park East in Maldon for Taylor Wimpey East London was approved at committee yesterday.  The approval is for the first 200 plots of this 600+ unit scheme on this ‘garden suburb’ site.  The overall masterplan includes1000 new homes, schools, playing fields, commercial areas and a local centre, along with associated landscaping and infrastructure.  The project provides exceptional public spaces and streetscapes, enhanced through detailed design of the buildings.  Having worked collaboratively with Maldon District Council, Essex County Council and Taylor Wimpey for more than 18 months on the project, we are delighted to have achieved this consent and are excited to see the project take shape.

Our technical team is currently producing the working drawings for phase 1, whilst our planning team marches on to the phase 2 planning application.
