Aldermaston Rd, Basingstoke
FINC received planning permission for this 100 dwelling scheme in 2016 following lengthy discussions with the stakeholder, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and their planning team.
The project includes 72 houses arranged in terraces and a 28 unit, 4-storey apartment block that forms the formal gateway into Basingstoke and occupies a prominent location within the town.
The contemporary design of the apartment block mirrors to the modern commercial buildings to the south, whilst the housing element of the site relates to the residential areas to the north, with a more traditional feel.
There are some contemporary houses near the apartments and a large recreation area in the center of the site.
The project is due for completion in 2019.
