With steep hills and split level apartments, this working drawings project required huge attention to detail and numerous sections to get right.
FINC were instructed to provide the construction drawings for this 113 unit scheme following a successful planning approval in 2016.
Despite the difficulty of site levels and the need for increased detailing, the project was returned to meet the very tight deadlines required.
The traditionally detailed houses were set amongst apartments in heavily wooded areas. The complexity of the project and need for bespoke solutions made this a very interesting and popular project within our office.
