140 new homes have been approved on this greenfield site adjacent to an ancient woodland.
FINC produced a feasibility layout for the site prior to our client’s purchase and followed this up with a full planning application.
The sensitive site required careful consideration for the different contexts, resulting in a rural character area facing the ancient woodland and open countryside. The bulk of the site is designed with simple, uncluttered fenestration detailing.
