This former ministry of defense site has been decommissioned and received planning consent for the erection of 172 dwellings with associated infrastructure, landscaping and recreation space in 2017.
Our graphics team were commissioned to provide high-quality CGI’s to aid with the planning submission and for display at the planning committee meeting.
The site comprises bespoke apartments and houses, set amongst landscaped grounds. The contemporary design creates a strong sense of place, which was an important aspiration locally.
