FINC delivered the construction drawings for 208 dwellings across Phases 1&2 of this development in Oxfordshire.
The project, which includes a small percentage of apartment living, in bespoke, high-quality blocks, is predominantly housing led to meet local needs.
Having worked with our client on numerous projects previously, the production of technical drawings was a straight-forward one, which enabled the client to begin construction very quickly after planning approval was given.
Construction of the site is underway, with an estimated completion date of 2019.
