Taylor Wimpey East London appointed FINC to prepare a full planning application for 136 homes on a site south of Weeley Road in Great Bentley, Essex. Building on an existing outline permission, the brief called for a layout that responded to the site’s gently sloping topography and prioritised a landscape-led approach.

FINC developed a detailed design centred around a central green space to foster a strong sense of place and encourage community interaction. The scheme received full planning approval and is now under construction, delivering a well-integrated residential development that reflects both quality and local character.
