Breach Lane, Bishopstoke
The proposal comprises 85 new build houses and apartments which FINC received planning permission for in 2016.
The site is enclosed by woodland on 3 sides, with a steep gradient on the eastern boundary.
Our proposal includes houses and apartments facing a central open space, retaining the existing large trees within the site, with houses on the southern boundary providing a new street frontage to Breach Lane.
Bespoke, split-level homes were designed to combat the level changes on the eastern side of the site. A large allotment was provided to the north of the site as an additional provision to local residents. These allotments covered a similar area to the housing development and ensured the site remained predominantly ‘green’ in nature.
Construction began in 2017, with an estimated completion date of 2019.
