PLANNING APPROVAL

Our proposals for 150 homes at Walshes Road, Crowborough for @Vistry Homes (South East) have been approved by Wealden District Council.

The approval was hard-fought and a testament to the hard work and perseverance of the design team on a very challenging site.

The site includes extensive areas of open space connected by green routes and distinct character areas responding to the different areas of the site.

We are currently working on the detailed design and look forward to seeing this project come forward.
