Planning Approval – Great Bentley

We are delighted that our proposals for 136 dwellings, including 41 affordable houses, has been approved by Tendring DC at their recent planning committee.

Our client Taylor Wimpey London wanted the proposals to fit seamlessly into the surrounding context whilst establishing it’s own sense of place.  The consultant team worked hard to achieve this consent and we are delighted with this result.

The proposals provide high-quality new homes, with pedestrian access to the train station a short walk away, set within a large area of open space.  All homes are provided with large gardens, the majority of which are configured in detached and semi-detached plots for a lower-density, rural feel.
