Hatch Farm, Winnersh
This 433 home site is quickly providing much needed new homes to the area.
The project, on the former Hatch Farm Dairies site in Winnersh is being delivered on a rapid construction programme to meet local needs and to deliver much needed infrastructure to the area.
FINC have been providing the phased delivery of construction drawings for our clients since 2015, with phases 1 and 2 currently on site.
The project is expected to continue on site for the coming years.
