Woodside Place – Basildon

This week, we visited Woodside Place in Basildon which was developed by Stonebond Properties.

FINC Architects provided extensive planning informtation to obtain planning permission for development of the site to provide 42 market and affordable residential units, with associated infrastructure works including a new vehicular access of Dry Street. The main washland has been retained whilst also enhancing the ecological aspects of the site.

We’re thrilled to see the site nearing it’s completion and seeing the site in action with the new owners loving their highly detailed and well decorated homes. As always, it was a pleasure to work with Stonebond Properties on this scheme.
