Planning Success in Hailsham

Our proposals at Old Marshfoot Farm in Hailsham for Vistry Group was approved at committee. The approval is for 300 residential units for Market and Affordable housing. The project provides exceptional public spaces and streetscapes, enhanced through detailed design of the buildings. The overall site links up really well with the existing developmets that surround it. Having worked collaboratively with the District Council, planning consultants and Vistry Group, we are delighted to have achieved this consent and are excited to see the project take shape.

Our technical team is currently producing the working drawings for this scheme, whilst our planning team continue to work on adjacent developmets in the area.
